Effective 9/1/2025,  The Pronger Group, LLC (“company “we,” “us,” or “our”) has updated our Website Privacy Policy (“Policy”). If you choose to do so, you are giving us your express consent to use, process, and disclose your personal information as set forth in this Policy. If you choose not to provide your personal information to us, you may not be able to use our services.

6. Dispute Resolution – Mandatory Arbitration

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If not resolved within 45 days of written notice, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbitrator with expertise in contracts, technology, and intellectual property.

  • Arbitration will take place in St. Louis County, Missouri, USA.

  • The arbitrator may award damages and equitable relief as appropriate.

  • The prevailing party will be entitled to recover its costs and attorneys’ fees.

  • You agree that Missouri law governs this Agreement, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

7. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and The Pronger Group.

  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

  • Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on this Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
